What about custom branding and procedures?
Company names and reporting instructions are included. Custom graphics, additional company-specific scenarios and hands-on implementation are scoped and quoted separately before work starts.
How does renewal work?
Access lasts for the agreed annual term. Shiner Ops arranges billing and renewal directly with your company. This site does not automatically charge a card or renew your agreement.
Does this monitor employees or test their inboxes?
No. The application records training progress, assessment results and certificates. Exercises happen inside the course. It does not inspect email, send simulated phishing, install software or collect work credentials.
