Use an approved app or saved bookmark. Deny MFA you did not initiate. Only complete device-code flows you started for approved use. Stop before granting unexpected app permissions.

If you entered information or approved access, report promptly. IT may need to revoke sessions and remove unauthorized app access. Never include actual passwords or codes in a report.
